Guillaume Martel-Lamarre

Guillaume Martel-Lamarre is an Associate on the Agriculture team at Fiera Comox.

Prior to joining Fiera Comox, Guillaume was a Manager in the corporate development team at Lion Electric, where he played a key role in executing private and capital markets financing transactions, evaluating corporate strategy initiatives, and supporting treasury management and FP&A. Previously, he worked in mid-market investment banking at RBC, advising on a range of private M&A transactions. He began his career in the Assurance practice at PwC in Montreal.

Guillaume holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Accounting from the Desautels Faculty of Management at McGill University and is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA).
