Sophie Germain LL.B,

Sophie is a General Counsel with two decades of international legal experience, including extensive cross-border M&A transactions and joint ventures formation and management. Strategic business partner and legal support to executive board and headquarter functions, along with corporate governance, subsidiary management and legal compliance. Sophie worked in the private practice in Central and Eastern Europe and Paris for more than 13 years prior to joining Nestlé Waters one of the world’s largest bottled water company in Paris 2008 as Senior Counsel for Zones Asia Oceania Africa and Middle East and was then promoted to General Counsel in 2014.

Sophie holds a Bachelor of Law degree from Universite of Montreal and is a member of the Quebec Bar.
