Matthew Newell MBA, CFA

Matthew is an analyst in the Valuation department at Fiera Comox.

He is responsible for supporting the firm’s valuation work related to the establishment of the fair value of all fund investments under each private investment strategy as well as the continuous improvement and automation of the valuation process.

Prior to joining Fiera Comox, Matthew worked at TD as an Associate in retail banking, where he processed various financial transactions and provided everyday banking advice to clients.

Matthew earned his Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) at McGill University. He also holds a Master of Business Administration in Investment Management from Concordia University and is a CFA Charterholder.
