Matteo Pisano CPA Auditor

Matteo Pisano holds the title of Senior Director, Investor Relations at Fiera Comox.

Matteo is responsible for leading the firm’s investor relations program for both current and prospective investors across all four investment strategies: Private Equity, Private Credit, Agriculture, and Sustainable Timberland. Prior to his current tenure as Senior Director, Matteo spent several years overseeing and supporting the financial accounting, financial reporting, and investor reporting functions at Fiera Comox

Prior to joining Fiera Comox, Matteo worked in public accounting as an auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (PwC) where he specialized in serving both public and private clients operating in Real Estate and Asset & Wealth Management (private equity, hedge funds, insurance, and large institutional pensions) based in Canada and abroad. 

Matteo is also an active member of Concordia University’s Faculty of Business, at which he is an Adjunct Professor. Matteo teaches core courses in strategy and management accounting as part of the University’s MBA program, and actively participates in the University’s CPA Capstone II program.

Matteo holds the Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA auditor) designation. He earned his Bachelor of Commerce (with Distinction) and his Graduate Diploma in Chartered Professional Accountancy at Concordia University, where he graduated as Valedictorian of his cohort.
